TK Talous Oy’s main product is Luottoposti, a Finnish information security service. Luottoposti includes encrypted email (secure communication), electronic signatures, and Salamaviesti. We are the only provider in Finland that offers both encrypted email and electronic signatures within the same service.

How was Luottoposti created?

We developed the Luottoposti encrypted communication service to meet our own company’s needs, but we soon realized that other businesses, associations, and private individuals needed the same service as well. Luottoposti evolved into the main product of our business. Luottoposti is a Finnish service, and its servers are located in Finland. This ensures a higher level of information security, privacy, and transparency. This is particularly important for organizations that want to protect sensitive information effectively and ensure that their communications remain secure.

Luottoposti provides a secure and easy-to-use digital communication service. At the core of the service are encrypted email and electronic signatures, enabling confidential communication in a digital environment. With Luottoposti, you only pay for actual usage, with no expensive setup fees or monthly charges.

Luottoposti has been developed specifically for situations where sensitive information is processed, such as personal data, customer data, health information, contracts, payroll information, financial data, and property-related matters and documents. The service operates through a web browser and does not require any separate software or technical expertise from the recipient.
