Sending messages with Luottoposti
Log in to the Luottoposti service. Enter the recipient’s details and compose your message. The message is written and transmitted to the Luottoposti server through an encrypted connection. Up to 3 attachments can be added to a single message. The sender receives a confirmation once the message has been successfully sent.
Receiving messages with Luottoposti
The recipient receives an email from Luottoposti containing information and instructions, along with a password sent via SMS. Using these two elements, the recipient can securely access the protected connection, read the message stored on the server, and download the attachments to their own device.
Replying via Luottoposti
It is possible to reply to an encrypted message sent through Luottoposti. Before sending the message, the sender can choose whether to allow the recipient to reply.
