Price list for Luottoposti™ services
This price list applies to the Luottoposti™ services provided by TK Talous Oy. All prices are subject to the applicable value-added tax (VAT).

Luottoposti Salamaviesti
For invoiced customers
- Setup fee €50
- Sent Salamaviesti messages are billed based on usage.
With a single setup fee, all employees of the company can start using Salamaviesti.
Salamaviesti messages are billed in the same way as Luottoposti deliveries, meaning that the unit price decreases according to the pricing schedule.
VAT will be added to all prices.
Monthly Package

Includes 50 deliveries
Monthly package for an additional user within the same organization €25/month.
The contract period for the monthly package is six months. The contract period renews automatically and may be terminated no later than 15 days before the start of a new contract period.
Applicable VAT will be added to the prices.
Annual Package
€475/year
Sending encrypted emails via Luottoposti
One user
No setup fee
Includes 500 deliveries
Annual package for an additional user within the same organization €130/year.
The contract period for the annual package is one year. The contract period renews automatically and may be terminated no later than 15 days before the start of a new contract period.
Applicable VAT will be added to the prices.
Monthly and annual packages must be paid for before the service package is activated. Deliveries exceeding the volume included in the package are billed afterwards based on usage at a rate of €0.95–€0.10 per delivery. Monthly and annual packages are available to invoiced customers.
In the online store
With Luottoposti, there are no setup fees or user fees; you only pay for the services you use. Once logged in to Luottoposti, you can purchase the service you need directly from the online store. After that, activate the purchased service and you can start sending messages immediately. It's simple and fast.

For invoiced customers
- The unit price of encrypted email decreases cumulatively as the company's sending volume increases.
- The prices for electronic signature requests are the same as when purchased through the online store.
- The file archive costs €5–10 per month and includes attachments from 50–100 messages. You can choose which files you want to keep in the archive. The service can be ordered through our customer service.
- With Salamaviesti, your customers can send you encrypted emails with attachments. The company-specific setup fee for Salamaviesti is €50, after which messages are billed according to the same principles as Luottoposti deliveries. A personal Salamaviesti account is created for each company employee registered with Luottoposti.
