Luottoposti was born from a need and grew into a service
Luottoposti's services were developed from our company's own needs
We needed a secure way to send confidential information electronically, but we discovered that there was no solution on the market whose encryption we could fully trust throughout the entire transmission process. As an IT company, we decided to solve the problem ourselves and developed our own system. The result was Luottoposti, a secure encrypted email service where privacy and data security come first. Luottoposti has been awarded the Key Flag Symbol in recognition of Finnish work, a domestically produced service, and operations worthy of customers' trust.
Initially, we developed the service for our own needs, but we quickly realized that many of our customers needed a similar solution. This led to the commercialization of Luottoposti, and today our customer base is growing rapidly. We already have many satisfied customers, and new ones continue to join us.

The Constitution of Finland (Section 10) establishes the protection of personal data by law. Data protection legislation requires special care in the processing of personal data. The Data Protection Authority has defined specific obligations regarding due care, data protection, and information security for companies when processing customers’ and employees’ personal data. Messages containing personal data must be protected. In addition, similar protection obligations also apply within the social and healthcare sector, including the processing of customers’ names alone.
