With Salamaviesti, all information is protected with end-to-end encryption throughout the entire transmission process. Customers can send confidential information directly to the intended recipient securely, quickly, and effortlessly.
Luottoposti’s Salamaviesti service provides information security at the same level as online banking. The services are available 24/7. All transmissions sent through Luottoposti are retained for 14 days from the time of sending, after which they are permanently deleted.

Getting started
Luottoposti creates a Salamaviesti address for each organisation. Each recipient also receives a personal user ID.
Customer
The organisation provides the customer with the information needed to send a Salamaviesti message. The information ensures that the Salamaviesti message is sent to the correct recipient.
Send a message
The customer opens Salamaviesti using the information they have received. The customer writes the message, adds attachments if necessary, and sends the message. Sending the message is free of charge for the customer.
Recipient
The organisation receives a notification of a new Salamaviesti message. The organisation opens the encrypted Salamaviesti message securely. In this way, the message is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
