After your purchase, DOWNLOAD THE SERVICE using the download link, which is valid for 14 days from the date of payment. One download link is provided per service package.
To use the service, the customer must register for and sign in to Luottoposti before purchasing the service. Registration is free of charge.
The service selected by the customer must be paid for using Paytrail payment methods before the service can be used. Once the payment has been completed, the customer will be shown a service download link. By clicking the link, the customer downloads the purchased service, which is transferred to the customer's Luottoposti account for use. You will also receive information about your purchased service by email.
The service provider stores Luottoposti messages and electronically signed documents for fourteen (14) days from the time of the customer's message transmission or signature. In Luottoposti, the transmission time is recorded in UTC.
