Luottoposti services are transferred to TK Talous Oy

The Luottoposti business has been transferred from ABCnet Oy to TK Talous Oy through a business acquisition. The transfer is an internal business reorganization within the group, as TK Talous Oy owns 95% of the shares in ABCnet Oy.

The purpose of the reorganization is to support Luottoposti's future international expansion and enable the further development of the service for broader use. The change requires no action from customers and will not affect the availability or use of the service. All agreements will be transferred unchanged to TK Talous Oy, and billing agreements and customer relationships will continue without changes. Luottoposti services will continue to be provided from Finland.
